Crimson Compost
Crimson Compost was launched by the Center for a Regenerative Future in January 2022, for those who wish to have access to secure composting facilities. The program was created to encourage faculty, staff, and students living near campus in multi-unit rentals, where access to the City of Denver’s compost program is typically unavailable, to continue or begin composting – a crucial step in helping to divert waste from the landfill.
Members will have access a secure bin found at the old English Learning Center (in the alley between Josephine and Columbia, at Asbury) to dispose of their compost. Crimson Compost makes it easy to get started with in-home compost collection while also providing support with any questions that a member may have.
